Collins was actually great, super attentive to my hundred questions. The only reason he couldn't 'help secure' a loan is simply because I acted too soon in contacting hashching.. I was tentatively approved at Westpac and got worried it will fall through. The morning after I spoke to Collins I found out my loan approved.
